Very soft, easy to hold and use. I bought two, one for my body and one for my kitchen ware. I once read that the synthetic sponges are releasing toxins into the skin or onto the plates that we eat later on. So I purchased those to eliminate that from my skin and stomach. So far I love it. The plates are very shiny and I use less detergent on the sponge. I enjoy the washing of dishes now... lol

Fantastic sponge, I will not change it for nothing else, we bought 5 so far for all our family members and certainly will purchase more for our grannies. I highly recommend this type of sponge, we tried others before and they dissolved after few weeks. Our first Sfunga was purchased two years ago and still looks like new. I found that European sponges last much longer than the Caribbean ones that are largely sold over here in US. Once you try this European sponge, you cannot go back to the Carribbean one. Their quality is incomparable. European sponge is more elastic, cleans better, more firm and never dissolves. The Carribean sponge is dissolving little by little with every use. It is much cheaper, but you must buy a new one every 3 weeks or so and I disliked to pick up its pieces in my sower box after every shower. European sponge stays in one piece for years. Some people say 10 years and more. I don't know about that, mine I use for over two years now and I can sincerely confirm that it did not change a bit. Never smells, does not require any maintanance, I simply use it and put it on the shelve to let it dry, nothing else. When you think about it, it is in fact several times cheaper than the Carribbean sponge since you only buy it once and use for so many years. In any case I am very happy with this sponge and will definitely keep using it. Thank you. Linda, Texas.

I love this sponge. First real sponge I have had. I used to use a synthetic loofah and I read that they can collect bacteria really bad so I switched. It's different to switch a first but I do love it now. Only drawback is that my hair gets caught in the sponge, but hey girl problems.
